We will be shooting all showcases and select Ed Sessions at upcoming conferences. Most footage is provided on your flash drive, or on a DVD/DVD-Rom. Web download also available.

There will be a 1 camera shoot at all APCA Mainstage and Speaker Showcases.

Ed Session taping services must be pre-ordered.
FORMATS:
Raw footage will be captured in High Def and stored on SDC hard drives where they can be delivered to you as .mov, .mp4, m4v or other format. In most cases, we can provide you with your showcase footage on your supplied flash drive or a DVD-Rom before the conference is over.
ADVANCE ORDERS SAVES YOU $20 and ALLOWS US TO GIVE YOU THE SHOTS YOU WANT.
Your prepaid order, made online before the conference begins, helps us pay special attention to your particular needs...("Just shoot the singer," "Get Audience reactions," "I'm jumping off stage"..."Don't shoot the bass player" etc). You can call the shots--just let us know in advance.
ON-LOCATION HD VIDEO TAPING FEES FOR APCA CONFERENCES:
Raw Footage is provided--usually at the conference-- on your flash drive, or on a DVD/DVD-Rom. Post-Conference Web download and posting to YouTube, etc service is also available.
SHOWCASES: One HiDef camera (frame & follow, ambient sound)
$ 60 Pre-paid Conference order ($20 discount) Paid before the conference begins.
$ 80 Active Conference order...ordered onsite or within 2 months after the conference ends.
$100 Archived Conference order....ordered more than 2 months after the conference ends.

ED SESSIONS: Single camera (frame & follow, ambient sound) Ordered and paid for in advance.
$100 SHOOT and DELIVER. Ed session is shot and the HD miniDV tape is immediately
handed to the artist for processing/editing.($50 discount)*
Artist must indicate format is needed since HD tapes can only be played on a HD player.*
$150 SHOOT and DIGITIZE. Ed session is shot and the raw HD footage is rendered
on computer and delivered on DVD-Rom(s) or transferred to your hard drive.

$100 A custom edit of you footage with client input. Includes:
up to 2 hrs of editing--with transitions; trims; opening &/or closing CG credits;
custom timing (for TV commercials, web-clips, agency friendly demos, etc)
and delivery as both a playable DVD and as a .mov/.m4v on a DVD-Rom.
Add $75 for each additional client ordered/authorized hour.

Payment is 100% refundable if ordered in advance and canceled BEFORE your event at the conference.
If ordered, but canceled after your showcase, and/or after you have viewed clips of the footage, there is a $25 cancellation/processing fee. Once footage is delivered to you, however, all sales are final.

WHAT ARE WE SHOOTING WITH?
Mainstage Showcases are shot with SONY HVR-HD1000U MiniDV 1080i HD Camcorders.
The Sony HVR-HD1000U is a HDV camera specifically designed for event work. It is equipped with a ClearVid CMOS sensor, capable of recording 1080i high definition footage on a standard MiniDV tape. Additionally, the camra comes fitted with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar lens, ensuring a smooth, professional final product.
Please note...
BOTH CAMERAS WILL BE LINKED TO COMPUTER /PORTABLE HARD DRIVES...usually with tape backup.
ED SESSION ORDERS
are honored on a 1st Come, 1st Served basis...There will be 2 HD cameras available. Should a scheduling conflict occur, guaranteed and paid reservations have preference over requests made at the conference.

*SHOOT AND DELIVER ED SESSIONS:
ADVANCE ORDERING IS ESSENTIAL. A limited number of DV tapes will be on hand for Ed Session presenters who choose Shoot and Deliver. If you supply your own (new) tape, you save $10. We need to know if you want the session shot in Hi-Def or Standard DV. (Hi-Def tapes can only be played back on a Hi-Def camera.)

NEED A PROFESSIONALLY EDITED
DEMO ON DVD OR THE WEB?..
We can do a menued edit of your camera footage, suitable for commercials, web, email or DVD demos.

1.You will first receive your purchased DVD-rom of the raw footage for your edit instructions.

2.We will then edit it and post it on YouTube for your viewing, comments and final approval.

3.Once edits are completed, the finished product will be provided to you as a DVD-Rom and as a playable DVD.
